THE PROPERTY

40 hectares 25 Km south of Poitiers.

In the center, an ancient agricultural building built in typical "poitevin" style, dominates the paddocks.
Each paddock has a special size accoarding to its usage and all the large paddocks have shelters.

"Le Hars de la Bareliere" is equipped with 55 stalls, a confinement for veterenary purpouses, a laboratory and 2 special confinements for examinations (double to accomodade mares with foals). Ther is also a room for saddles, grims etc. A large roofed space is also at the disposal for riding-preparations.

Next to the stabels is a 2000m2 excersize court for training, jumping etc. and a closed of area for "taming" and training the young horses. This has been built by Normandie Drainage.

We also dispose of a "walker" and a 350m roundtrack in the small nearby wood.
